Meet Mallory!
Mallory grew up navigating the world while managing a rare disease, Microvillous Inclusion Disease. Even though this has come with some "extra accessories," and challenges, Mallory has created a fulfilling life both personally and professionally, with experience in communications, advocacy and policy. Having had her diagnosis since birth, Mallory wants to show the world that living, and thriving with a rare disease and disability is possible.
Going to graduate school, moving across the country, building a career, and getting married, Mallory has forged the path, and wants to share her lessons learned along the way.
Mallory strives to create leadership, self advocacy and empowerment among people with and without rare diseases and disabilities. She works to create diversity, inclusion, and access, within companies and healthcare practices and supports organizations in understanding meaningful engagement of people with lived experience.
Through lessons learned, and evidence based practices, Mallory teaches about resiliency, equity and thinking outside the box!
